Elves have a 0.3 second load time for their ranged attack, which you probably mistook for the human-only skill called Arrow Revolver. It's HUMAN-ONLY, meaning Elves cannot use it.

There's something called "Magnum Revolver", however... but Final Shot hasn't been released in NA yet.

Some people dislike Archery though cause of having too many misses. Misses everywhere! Probably cuz Nexon hates us.

One time this guy was helping my Guild Mate at G1 Final and this other Archer who had "Master of Archery" title failed to shoot a Light Garg 4 times with Arrow Revolver and eventually died.
