Government twists the law to make it mean something it doesn't. Maybe the Supreme Court needed an English teacher to explain the difference between taking something for public use and taking something and giving it to someone else because they will provide more in taxes. Makes me think someone would have to be in on the take to "misunderstand" something so simple.
