I'm sorry but the Wii has a horrible selection of games. However they are perfect for the casual gamers who don't have the time or money to spend trying to get good at a game. I love this game though its so fun. Its a lot easier than guitar hero. For my parents anyway. Its just plain clever.

I totally agree with both of you. Games with killing, or stuff like that are annoying, I perfer games like Wii Music.

And those that agree with IGN, don't always follow IGN, they rate on nothing but graphics and controls, they don't play the game long enough. So give it a chance. If you're expecting Guitar Hero though, don't get it.

I stopped playing games for a while because I was sick of every game I bought being about killing people/aliens. Don't other ppl get sick of it? I'm happy the Wii came out - it re-introduced me to the great Nintendo games... most of which are very smart like Ocarina of Time etc... now I have an N64 and GC too. :) Nintendo rule for diversity... and Wii Music is pretty awesome IMHO. :) Still, I have a PS3 as well because there are MONTHS where there are no new Wii titles. :)

well because miyamoto wants a slice of the music franchise, and they failed, look at its pathetic sales and rating through IGN 5.0 that is sad dude...and why do they have more sales? that is simple, fancy ads and aiming to non gamers, their whole aspect is for people to get together and have "family fun." IGN Editor says their really is no skill involve. You can play songs like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and the game has as much depth as a baby's rattle. With that being said, games like this is makes me sad to be a gamer.

Wow! That was great! The one performed live at E3 sounded pretty bad because 2 solos were messed up.
