  • I'm a completely self taught pianist at the age of 15, i've been to 1 lesson, hated it lol. So i'll just stick with you for this song :-)

  • Thank you so much for taking the pacient and the time to make this; don't listen to those stupid guys who knows nothing but insult! Without you I wouldn't be able to play a thing D:

  • @Lovaaaaar lol. but comment removed for vulgarity, and you are blocked :)

  • @Lovaaaaar Because she can, obviously unlike you who needed to find a tutorial...

  • your tutorials are great and very helpful!! don't bother reading those stupid and ungrateful comments =)

  • your tutorial SUCKS! we dont need to read it! You should atleast show how the chords are connected one finger at a time! ya stupid

  • @MrInternational17 lol, if i'm stupid, can't imagine what you are :)

  • @MrInternational17 I guess you weren’t able to learn the song yourself. so, now I’m questioning, how is more stupid?

    - you how couldn't learn the song him/ herself. or

    - @bbdhrggl which made over 1500 tutorial videos in which she teached millions of people to play the piano.

bbdhrggl, i love what you do. I have learned a lot of songs from you. You are one very special person out of 7 billion.

  • @MrInternational17

Well, make a tutorial yourself if you're so better at it dumbass.

Well go and learn a sheet, or can't you read notes? -_-

    Yeh, you're stupidd

  • Would you please specify the grade of this piece like your other videos? It seems a bit difficult.

  • @aaa22689 hard to tell just by watching now. but if it needs to be 4 times faster, that alone will make it difficult. So I would guess level 6.

  • my like is yours!

  • Thinking the reason for dislike is just like trying to calculate 239 divided by 66 mentally ..

    BTW Thanks for the tutorial!

  • Is it the true version ?????

  • @TheSaype pls read video description

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH. I printed this out to learn it, but I couldn't get why the beginning didn't sound right. Your tips on accents helped tremendously!

  • um, i can learn it, but i'm having trouble seeing which keys ur playing lol. thanks so much tho. this is the best one for this song. :)

  • @chihuahuasarecute123 my tutorials are meant for those who follow the score and just need a little help. I started this project to inspire you to read. try to? use my easy lessons to get started, "taking the mystery out of reading notes".

in the meantime, focus on my finger movement, not the keys under them. good luck.

  • how can i practice to speed up on the song?? am finally attempting to learn it

  • @shodgate you will speed up naturally as you get familiar with the piece. best way to practice is to set the metronome slow. when few mistakes are made, increase the beat a little. repeat until you reach tempo. have fun.

  • Can you right down the chords?

  • @nvanarnhem sorry, my tutorials are for those who read music or play by ear

  • this is the hardest song i have played by far!

  • im having trouble getting the correct timing down, any tips?

  • @Billabonger7945 play slower, best to use a metronome. increase tempo a tiny bit each time. good luck

  • @bbdhrggl Your are doing a Minor chord in the begining of the 5th compass ( when considering the repetition of the inicial 2 compasses ), it is wrong, the correct is a Major Chord.

  • @eaf04 i just play whatever is printed, so use your own judgment

  • pour la partie D, ca me fait mal de devoir toucher les 4 notes en meme temps surtout pour le 2eme et 3eme accord... est-ce normal?

  • @KeiikO1994 yes, our hands are all different. do not injure your hands. omit a less important note, or run the chord.

  • @bbdhrggl yes, maybe, i'll omit a less important note! but with training, it's going to be easier to play this part... thanks for your answer :)

ps: sorry for my bad english :/

  • Thank!!!!!!!

  • @bbdhrggl could you PLEASE do a tutorial for la demarche by yann tiersen? I love that song and it would be awesome if you would teach us

  • @tellmehowtoblow pls see request instructions on website. no promises though...

  • @bbdhrggl i sent you sheet music and name of song

    did you receive it

Le demarche is a beautiful song! and oh i learnt rue des cascades, it is so cool to play

now i am learning your heart asks pleasure first :)

  • @tellmehowtoblow then it should be on my list. long long list...

  • part E is so beautiful

  • How to use the pedal?

  • @tellmehowtoblow the sustain pedal is to enrich the sound. experiment. use your ears. you'll be able to tell over-pedaling ruins the music.

  • @bbdhrggl I know that you should not use the pedal in part B but in B1 right? 0:47 for example

    and part D of course

well i have to finish the song

when i did so i am going to think about the pedal

    i just finished part E

    thank your very much

  • very nice!! but some of the notes are not good;) yann tiersen plays it a little different( for instant: part E is wrong)but it doesnt matter very much.

    nice done!!

hope you understand me (im from the netherlands)

  • @j90h

indeed he does, en k versta u wel, kben nen Belg...

het spijtige is dat dit de meest accurate versie is, al heb ik wel al voorgesteld op de site van Yann Tiersen om de partituren online te zetten. Misschien als we met heel veel mensen eens proberen??

The sad thing is that, this is the most correct version, though I've suggested (on the site of Yann Tiersen) to put the sheet music online (just google him). Maybe if we are with a whole lot of people?

    PEACE OUT!!

  • Thank you!!!!!

  • Yann Tiersen - Monochrome PLEASE!

  • very nice tutorial thank you very much. greatly appreciated...

  • My hands are too small :@

  • @guzotak small hands or short fingers... it doesn't matter. you can improve your speed and jump far notes quickly :)

  • how long have you played for ?

  • @shodgate took lessons 12 to 17. played much better back then. i didn't like to practice. i'm a bad example.

  • @bbdhrggl thats why i dont go to piano classes ^^ playing on my own...learning on my own...playing when i want to....its just way more fun

  • @lordh4rk0nn3n i think absolutely the same :)

  • @HaatoSK but keep in mind, those lessons give me the skills I needed for life. the first 3 yrs were all I needed: tons of scales, arpeggios, and work books. Back then, I did practice an hour a day -- my mother made me :) thanks, mom.

  • @bbdhrggl Maybe i will start going on piano lessons. But for now learning something from the internet and improvisating is enough for me :) I am playing just a year and few months yet. I think i play quite well :) I just learnt it to that B1 part in like 15 minutes is that good or not ?? :P Its kind of hard song to play but i will try anyway :)

  • @lordh4rk0nn3n agreed

  • your right i guess god is that i really want to learn ti oh well ill just pratice more ;) it makes perfect rit hahaha you have real skinny hands btw!!

  • @shodgate noticed it barely made the 15 minute time limit? if this is too fast, you aren't ready for it.

deleted your comment because you have to resort to dirty words.

  • thank you so much!

    (:

  • Thank you for doing this. i have been trying to learn this for awhile now.

  • awesome

  • Thanks! I was looking for this for a long time.

  • nice! thank you :)

  • YYYYYYAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew I was playing it wrong and know I can see why.

  • Great tutorial
