  • 0:24 mr. trejo cake came, and epic laugh starts.

  • ACT NOW !!!

    Try this : bestbioproducts(dot)com.

  • i would laugh so hard if when he said "I'm gonna need back up" a big buff guy tackled the snack cake lol

  • 1:05

    Mustache = censored.

  • I don't give a shit if those who want to eat cookies all day drop dead of diabetes.

If it makes them happy, let them.

I have a friend who does, and he's 57 years old, some how!

Just outlaw any medical payments to them.

But, the animals in factory farms HAVE no choice.

    Meat needs to be outlawed.

  • shut it you vegaterian

  • @DOOMROCK438 Go fuck yourself. I am proud to support killing meat-eating shitheads like you, who are 1000X worse than a vegetarian child molestor (if there WERE one).

That is my political belief and that's what I lobby for, and there's nothing you can do to stop me. HA!

  • @deskset24 ok so you would be killing about 85% of the worlds people you sound alot like Hitler you wanting people to be killed for what they do think before you speak dumbass

  • I hate stupid corporate-welfare-loving meat-eating Tea Baggers. They all think 911 was a hologram.

  • @deskset24 its like saying that you hate jew-greedy-banker-lawyer-bignosed kykes (stereotypical bullshit), you are really starting to sound like hitler its liek you wana send every meat eater to a concentration camp to have them burned becauser they eat meat

  • run twinkie run

  • now all of these fairtrade, organic etc things are all very well and good, but the only real way for us to stop usng them is to make them illegal...

  • haha funny! ^-^

  • 0:03 hes in the background of the vid

  • thumbs up if the twinkie made you hungry or the apple

  • rip twinkie

  • The junk food could out run the apple.....

  • junk foods the best screw apples

  • God, I hate hippies.

  • @Rich711 Yeah, those people who want to eat healthy and not end up with cancer or diabetes are crazy. They would rather have our government subsidize a variety of foods, instead of just corn and soy, than pay ridiculous prices to eat right. I don't see why they don't just suck it up and eat some Twinkies for a dollar, it's the the American way after all. Frickin hippies. I just hate them.

  • APPLES!!! FTW!!!

  • Take that Twinkie!! XD

  • omg... the junk food stole the precious farm bill, Oh noes!

  • the ppl in the video look freaked out lol

  • how do u like them those apples.hehehhehee

  • Don't try this at home kids, because the hippies and the "corporations" alike will beat you senseless for acting like an idiot.

FreeRange usually does better than this.

  • dude. where'd you get a giant twinkie costume?..

  • I've now got an affair with an organic potatoe.

  • now i really crave an apple.

  • Umm.. interesting.. lol I wonder what the people on the street were thinking

  • me too! lol

  • Listen up!

You get the apples...bring them home and make a nice deep dish apple pie outta them!

  • sorry I just saw that on a video and I wasn't taking any chances. LOL

  • Come on guys this is very funny. Just let it go

  • Mr Twinky should have been wearing a Suit and smoking a big Cigar spilling chash everywhere, bribing everyone and trying to buy the bill like a sleezy corporate crook... IMHO

  • honestly if i was in a super market and there was a box of twinkies beside apples, I would pick the twinkies, but since I like to avoid trips to the super market, I'll always take the snack that the most conveinient, ussually an apple. we never get twinkies and stuff like that.

but we do get pizza alot

    mmmm Ricardos pizza.

  • Get a life you freak!

it's getting embarrasing to be an American!

  • False: The special interest farm bill does not make our waistlines bigger. WE HAVE A CHOICE......

I'd rather have a choice on what to buy than get penalized for buying "industrial foods"

This is a free country, thus I will buy and consume what I want

  • I'm so glad you pointed that out. That is so true.

Even though I'm vegan and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, I am the one responsible for what I am eating. I make that choice. I support a better farm bill, organic fruits and vegetables, humane treatment of animals, etc. But, I hate it when people blame others for the consequences of their actions...like the people who blame McDonald's for being obese.

  • Yes, you do have a choice, but it is the huge, corporate businesses that convey misleading messaging on their packages. A great example of how these corporations try to mislead consumers is the way they tried stop hormone-free milk from labeling themselves as so.

  • brilliant!

  • yay protect our health!

those people looked freaked out lol

  • wtf

  • now i want an apple. o_o

  • apples are yum

  • u fucking liar

  • mmmmmm apples!

  • Make sure to eat only organic apples, as conventional are second to peaches in pesticides levels!

  • lol!

  • do you know anything?

ever heard of high fructose corn syrup?

  • Chill. That's a little rude. But I think she's sort of right. High fructose corn syrup effects flavor. "I think most of the chemicals are either flavor enhancers..." etc. So she's close. Stop being a jerk

  • would it be considered cannibalism if a guy in a twinkie costume ate a twinkie?

  • yes

  • yay organic foods

  • if i wanna eat twinkies for breakfast, its my right as an american dammit! lol. but seriously kids are getting fat. put down the ding-dongs, people.

  • I loved the apple man's jaunty little hat!

  • i want a hostess now

  • FOOD FIGHT!

  • lol that was totally great!

  • OMG that is great! Did you see the look on that little boy's face? He was terrified of the snack cake. I also like how those business men assumed the farm bill only affects farmers. I guess they don't eat food. They probably only eat "food-like substances" =)

  • i can't help but sense that that's going to be me in a few years: battling a giant snack cake

  • freaking halaroius: MY FILLING!!AAAAAAHHH MY FILLING!!!!

  • I wouldn't call it a FAIR farm bill. Maybe a SMART farm bill or a HEALTHY farm bill. But it has nothing to do with the concept of FAIRNESS.

  • Wall street Journals David Rogers reported: Senate Passes $286 Billion Farm Bill, Expanding Subsidies for Growers.

    Google RON PAUL!!!!

  • I would love to see a twinkie man and apple man running the streets.

  • Junkfood pertains to many things, I like to some them all up to "convenience foods". With society today chasing that all mighty dollar out of either "need or necessity", convenience foods fills the void of quick in-expensive foods. It's unfortunate that both parents work in almost every marriage and marketing/media does such a wonderful job of colorfully selling us their product... but then that's what the t.v. and internet were actually invented to do!

  • Subsidies are one thing.. but how about having consumers pay more for the food they buy? They aren't using enough of their income to have quality food that reflects the actual cost of production.

And tell me why I can buy garlic cloves from half way around the world for the same price as things grown locally... the price is totally distorted from the it's actual cost.

  • It costs x amount to harvest garlic (cost of running farm, overhead, irrigation costs, labor etc.) it is then shipped to a distributor who then packages garlic(labeling, packaging, marketing etc.) buyers from grocery stores select quantities and sizes of shipments.

  • Bottom line Asian market's x for example is lower then north american. It's not a cooperative per say when they poool the garlic together but... if you want cheap vegetables hit the grower's markets and leave the grocery store alone.

  • that twinkie looked dirty

  • I love it.

  • it's ok!!!;)

  • Mr. Apple does a nice 'roll' across that car!

  • funny video and great song from driver

  • Keep up the great work!

  • this is so weird...

  • Keep in mind that everything was organic in a sense before pesticides came into popularity in the 40's. The American diet was also simpler and healthier. Now we eat like the rich and die like the rich with heart disease, diabetes etc... Health problems like these are directly related to the industrialization and chemicalization of food. Now we have GMO's which are even more harmful to the environment. See the case of Percy Scmeiser in Canada for more info...

  • There are only a small percentage of true farmers in this country left. It's probably less than 5 percent of the farmers who produce high quality organic products for our local consumption. The rest of the farmers got brought down by their reliance on pesticides, which was only a short term solution that eventually devastated the soil. Then, in their desperation, they were often bought out by corporations or simply gave up and got out of the business leaving behind fields of dead soil.

  • Farmer's back in the 40's were duped like the rest of America to believe in petro-chemicals, treated foods, and refined foods. They produced what they thought we needed at the time and the looked for convenient ways to produce a lot of it. Corporate control of food was something almost all Americans bought into at one time. Now we are all suffering.

  • Love it! So true about how the Farm Bill affects EVERYONE... this covers food stamps and other social programs in addition to farmers and subsidies. Grow a garden and save your seeds... but also VOTE and put your money where your mouth is when your in the grocery store (not literally, of course).

  • To paraphrase Michael Pollan, Big Ag is afloat on a giant sea of oil. Everyone, start your own kitchen gardens now and learn to save seeds. It's far too late to expect change from the facists and agri-businessmenn in charge.

  • is it not ironic that the junk food is a mexican?

  • Actually he is not Mexican. He is white and Jewish. They cast not because he looks Mexican, although now that you mention it I can totally see your thinking this, but because he helped write the commercial and used to be a stand up comic. I know this because he is a friend.

  • my filling nooooooooo!!!!

  • "Come back with that Farm Bill, you snack cake!"..."we paid for this bill fair and square, it's ours!"

Chilling but true statement. Will corporate lobbying/AgriBusiness buy the next farm bill or will it support fruits, vegetables, and the health of Americans? You decide write to your (senate dot gov) ASAP!

  • It takes preserved land and sets it aside for ethanol production. We don't need energy-intensive fuels, we need renewable energy for electric cars.

  • lol, i like when the junk food-dude lazers apple-man. -lol

  • What a great video- I love the part where the snack cake gets his hydrogenated sugar filling squeezed out! I do disagree on one particular- I think the apple (representing organic agriculture and small farmers) can win this battle without government subsidies or intervention. Get rid of the farm bill all together, and let good food triumph over evil!

    Sincerely,

Another Ron Paul supporter for small government.

  • I agree, but unfortunately history has shown us that farmers have seldom had good fortune.

  • Not to be a downer here, but it's truly naive to think that large-scale good (in any form) will triumph over large-scale evil, given the current ridiculous system in place. The only way "the apple" can prevail is to go under the radar and go local, all the way to individuals' back yards. Long live the Victory Garden!

  • this is awesome!!!!

    thank you so much ...

let's talk more about getting a cause celeb going over on youthnoise dot org for this ... we have the "i'm not a nugget" campaign going and it's great!

    peace!

    ~ handy

  • Great video.

Thanks for all your hard work and creative efforts.

The more the average person learns about what's really going on in Washington D.C. the better chance we have of changing it.

Greed is putting all of humanity at risk.

Millions of people around the world are waking up.

    There is hope.

  • It's not that americans are stupid, it's that sugary/fatty, conventionally farmed foods are subsidized and therefore CHEAPER. Americans ain't stupid, they're poor! Hey, why isn't organic farming getting the subsidies? Hint: because Monsanto and the trillion $ pesticide companies would be outta business (they're selling 5 billion gallons of chemicals every year ).

  • I encourage you and anyone else who hasn't to read The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan. It is considerably more complicated than forcing people to eat twinkies. The system in place makes corn cheaper than dirt & food makers use it in many different forms to come up with all this processed food Americans eat the hell out of. I have heard that by the pound twinkies are cheaper than carrots (also calories per dollar spent), this has everything to do with corn subsidies.

  • Where does the Hostess Apple Pie stand on this issue?

  • nice job..

  • Excellent video as usual.

  • A cheesebun would destroy 'em both!!

  • bitch had it coming

  • you go Apple....;))

    YOU ROCK **

  • Great Video!
