  • All I was thinking was pan and scan this, bitches!

  • no its not too wide. remember disney has one wider than that. it goes all the way around you in 360 degrees.

  • do 2:1.85.1

  • I don't Think it is to wide just shoot a 3 min movie to show it off as a film making tool.

  • actually thats what I'm doing. I'm running dual projectors... dlp 4,000 lumens each. so about 8000 lumens. I actually changed the screen radius to 40 ft. this is in a 3,000 square foot room. I had to go with this setup as i can't afford a $30,000 projector.

  • that exactly what I'm doing... dual 1.33 to get a 2.66 wide screen. Also, this is a lot cheaper because you can go with lower resolution and lower lumen projectors as the lumen and resolution of the two actually combine into one huge screen... bulbs are cheaper and last longer, its just better... at least if you are projecting a 20' screen like I am. I think I'm going with a 55 ft radius on my screen.

  • It only looks too wide because it has to be letterboxed to fit youtube's 4:3 frame. It could definitely work for certain films.

    GO WIDESCREEN!

  • Too many fences.....show us something interesting. Nice frame though....it's the right size!!

  • it's just to short, vertical wise.

    maybe use a 2.80 ?

  • *too

It might be a bit too wide, but you did get some really nice shots with it there. Cool test.
