@shecah23 Agreed. There's a lot of photoshopping going on, when it is not necessary to prove a point, as there are plenty of anorexic models on the catwalk. Also, doing so without acknowledging what has been done, does mislead some into thinking these girls are working like this. Sadly, they will also lift these pics as "thinspiration." :-(

Anorexia is a serious issue for young people and adults alike. I'm sorry but these women look gross. They're TOO skinny, and that's enough to put me off. Body image is everything and focus on health is nearly non-existant.

Also wanted to add how obvious some are photoshopped down because one tell tale of an anorexic (or just a very skinny person) is when their arms above their elbows and below are so thin and of equal width that their elbow bones jut out. Some photoshop attempts are so bad they've completely forgotten that we have elbows and bones and just made the whole arm equally thin.

Wasn't the lady at 00:46 a french woman battles anorexia who they used as a shock campaign to warn people of it? Alot of these are photoshopped, it can easily be done but there is no doubt some are unfortunatley real.

It differs per country but models are not allowed to be under a certain BMI; averaging about 18 however some are naturally filthily skinny aka the young runway models who haven't properly formed into women yet.

the first image is from Americas Next Top Model and is fake she was PRETENDING to be annorexic because they were doing an episode about model stereo types... so next time get your facts straight before you just start putting images on microsoft movie maker to make yourself feel great.
