I'm a fan of the album version myself, though this isn't terrible. Perhaps they were going for a change of pace. After all the artist/musician/band plays the same songs over and over. Surely most are always seeking how they may revise something they wrote.

I agree this version is too fast. But, I think that must have been a purposeful choice made by the artists. I have a hard time believing that this wasn't intentional. It is a little too fast for my taste but that is probably because they are on TV and have a time line to follow.
