The Australian "Spectrum" was Progressive Rock from 1969 to 1973. In 1973, they used the name "The Indelible Murtceps".
The Japanese "Spectrum" is from 1979 to 1981. Japan's Spectrum had somewhat of a reunion in 1988, playing with Japanese Jazz-Fusion's Casiopea. Again, THAT Spectrum disbanded in 1991.
The Australian Spectrum returned in 1999 as "Spectrum plays the Blues" and, as of 2008, are using the name "Spectrum".
