Literalmente significa: dentro del cuerpo, la revuelta del pueblo... dentro de la misma canción hay otra frase igual que dice "Dans le coeur la colere des gens" que significa: dentro del corazón la cólera del pueblo. La canción está dedicada a la gente de Líbano, checa un poquito de historia contemporánea de Líbano y entenderás en toda su amplitud lo que Tiersen quiso decir. Saludos!

If I were to guess, the film goes with the words, but unfortunately I don't speak French. In some ways that's good because I love the sound quality of the French language. Once a language is learned, one is no longer capable of hearing the sounds as music, for the meaning, and understanding of the words come to the forefront.
