@whatthebollocks alot of times bands use dark names for things in the real world. for example chuck from death used Spirit Crusher to represent society and what it does to people, it gives the songs a dark and deathly feel to it but it actually has a lot deeper of a meaning, and youll find this with any band that puts out songs esp. the talented ones like necrophagist

The sweeps are wrong, your bends need some work and I dont know if its your camera, however your raking sounds much louder than any of the notes. Is the custom models single pickup designed to focus on raking that much??? Some parts of that sounded very good. Just needs practice. posting such a difficult solo take is bound to get lots of critisizm.
Say, the legato at 0:42 is that just interpretation or were you too lazy to do alternate picking there, I mean this in a positive way xD I can relate xD Sometimes I play legato when I think...nah you're not picking this shit xD
A couple of hints and tips: I think you need to look more closely at your right hand. You are often picking the wrong strings, or picking them wrong and duffing the note. Also, find the right tab :P Asides from that, your left hand is flawless (It's nice to see a guitarist with his left thumb NOT sticking a mile above the neck.), and you can do some really good sweep picking. I can see this vid was a while ago though so I am guessing you are better :D

as far as i know its a rr24 maybe they just have the shitty ones on display i'll have to see next time i hit up the dealer the one im interested in is the black rr24 with the red bevels some places label it as rr24 pro and some just rr24 im pretty sure the pro has the maple neck tho
@FinnMetal4Life hmmmm... I just saw a Black and Red one a few days ago with the original floyd. If it has the saddle locks on the end of the bridge it is original. If the saddle locks are between the saddle and the fine tuners, its the Licensed.
@FinnMetal4Life yes... active pickups require a 9V battery... they last a pretty long time so dont worry about needing to change it often. I play a lot and rarely have to change mine.

Bring it to a guitar store. It's a floyd rose, if you don't know how to set it up properly there's lots of videos around youtube and surely a guitar store somewhere around your place if youw ant to spend some money on it...
well, it takes a few hours, I personally would hand it to a guitar store to put in it. but when you do, you have to loosen the screws that are in the back of the guitar and make the bridge level. I would recomend blocking the bridge

well, it takes a few hours, I personally would hand it to a guitar store to put in it. but when you do, you have to loosen the screws that are in the back of the guitar and make the bridge level. I would recomend blocking the bridge
