Anyone who like me started having doubts if NA was actually doing them any good, just search youtube for "narcotics anonymous cult" found loads of great stuff that helped me de-programme myself from all the 12 step brainwashing. I'm a year clean now, and 3 months clean of NA, I hope i never relapse, especially into NA, it's such a load of religous nonsense

Some of the shittiest people on the planet are in Narcotics Anonymous.You may have to fight just as hard to stay in the rooms as you had to out on the street.Just cuz your in a meeting doesnt mean your exempt from getting knocked the fuckout when you medled in someones life one to many times.Don't get it twisted....mind your fuckin business.

to anyone lookin this up, Hammersley1967 is wrong. N.A. has not "president" anywhere. They have no titles of power. Each group is self governed (autonomous). if you want help to stip using look up an N.A. meeting near you.

The chaos and dysfunction of the old "self governance" fellowship style is on the way out in WA. NA will now be guided by a firm iron fist inside a loving velvet glove. The newcomer is still important but the fellowship will no longer be held to ransom by their sick and self-serving thinking, attitudes, and behaviour...

"How do we know if the newcomer genuinely attains a year clean time?". They have to adhere to 3 urinalysis tests a week for 52 weeks. Only by these means can we keep the NA message and fellowship pure...
