I agree, she is very underrated. She was the first female pop singer to break the mold in terms of going the dirty girl route and shedding the good girl image. Everybody is doing that, look at all those Disney stars. It's pathetic. Christina is incomparable.

I disagree, Christina isn't underrated at all, she's so respect amongst the up and coming vocalists that are coming up now, they all say she is one of the greatest singers of our time. She's cracked every market there is, she's won heaps of Grammy's, had numerous number one singles and albums.

The only thing is that she went away for a while got married had a baby then Gaga comes out!! Now i hear Christina is underrated!! She isn't, she's just grown up and moved on in her career.

The reason why people continue to compare her to other "artists" is because she literally can sing any genre of music. People are not comfortable with this knowledge, because they expect their "idols" to remain in the category they think is appropriate for them to be placed in. Any TRUE Xtina fan knows that she'll sing any genre she wants as long as she is inspired by it.
