  • better then cundiff

  • Beautiful !

  • maybe you should take over billy cudiff's spot on the ravens hahaha

  • send him to the ravens haha

    cheers from anaheim

  • This kid is prolly gonna go pro

  • @TheSanchise6 you are an idiot, the distances are obviously correct. Also mark sanchez sucks.

  • Ok, no. This is not 60 yards. This is from 30-40. Count the lines until'l the uprights.

  • @TheSanchise6 incorrect.

  • @TheSanchise6 you obviously dont know what you are talking about

  • @TheSanchise6 Kicking from midfield, it's 50 yards to the endzone. The crossbar/uprights are exactly 10 yards beyond that. So it's a 60 yard kick.

  • @TheSanchise6 the 40 yard line is the kickoff line in high school, so the line with the x on it is the 40 yard line. since the uprights are at the back of the endzone that adds an extra 10 yards totalling a 50 yard kick from that spot. the following kicks fall in line with what you'd expect to see from the 45 and 50 yard line by the placement of the midfield logo. in other words......you're stupid.

  • 120 Division 1 coaches like this.

  • try that with a full team on the offense and defense and see how u do

  • 60 Yard Magnum!

  • Thanks - Great video! I play rugby in Australia - I'd love to see this guy kick a rugby ball - In rugby, 60 metres (66 yards) is the longest goal kick you will see and there would only be a handful of kickers (most play at altitude in South Africa) who would be able to make the distance. Interesting to see the different technique that you guys use in the US.

  • do colleges still look at you if you use a 2in block? because i used to kick 40-45 yards with out one and this year, my first year playing football my coach made me use a 2 in tee because he said that they would get blocked because i didnt have enough height on them, and i would like to play in college but i dont know if colleges will look at me with a 2in tee?

  • @kerryfan14 Well we had half a dozen kickers we coached (who used a 2" FG or KO tee in their Junior and Senior year) just this past season who all received scholarships at D1 and D2 schools. I wouldn't worry about it too much. What you do want to do is kick with whatever gives you the 'optimal trajectory' meaning good penetrating ball flight and distance without being too high or too low. Good Luck!

  • how do you kick that far?

  • @spikedude55 it's Magic. haha nah jk. He works real hard and is gifted.

  • @kickingworld kicker at my school kicked a 53y field goal with no tee (never used one). every kick off we did, our kickoff team ran 10 yards and off because our kid could put that ball past the endzone and way more easily. he was a sniper with that ball, and when we needed a turn over, he could put the ball just one yard past ten exactly where we wanted. your kicker would be outstanding if he could kick 50 yards without a tee, but it wont stand impress colleges if you are using tee

  • @19Jackson94M A kicker using a 1" or even a 2" field goal block in HIGH SCHOOL or less is absolutely, positively the 'norm.' Coaches expect their high school kickers to migrate down to a 1" tee (like this video)). After their senior season they are expected to make transition to ground. There are SEVERAL reasons a kicker should use a field goal block through high school: (search our 'Choosing the right kicking tee) video. Also search for Jesse's college video (65+ off the ground). Thanks.

  • stanford needs to replace williamson with this guy

  • Great style of kicking

  • How does he do with live rushes? Just Curious....otherwise,good kicks MAN.

  • whats with highschool kickers always using 2 inch blocks.. i find 1 inch blocks to be much better and will be an easier adjustment if i were to kick in college

  • @barness13 Jesse was using a 1" block in this video.

  • he will geta scolership

  • @colenightrain WHATS A SCOLERSHIP??

  • DAMN

  • And not in the NFL because...

  • Boise state could of used you these last 2 years

  • @verdugo - it is going to make more of a difference when he goes to college having to kick off the ground without a block, than it will with pads. As a Former D1 kicker, the pads don't really make a difference

  • santa barbara's kicker is better

  • your a sauce boss!!!

  • @FLORIDAGATORFAN19 dude u have a leg

  • @usernameVEVO lol

  • In no way am I trying to downplay his skill by asking this, but wouldn't it make a huge difference with him having gear on? I mean, you got to think the gear debilitates some degree of movement while also providing weight even if it is minimal. Can someone please explain if I am over thinking this?

  • @Verdugo270 It certainly makes SOME difference, but in the 2000's and particularly the last 3 years football gear has shrunk so much and the football uniform has become so streamlined that the effect is minimal. Kicking in Pads ads a little weight up in the head because of the helmet but most kickers have tiny shoulder pads and wear the smallest thigh and knee pads so it doesn't really affect you that much.

  • Dino I recommended u just make your own out of PVC pipes. and nice kicks for using a tee.

  • Damn man you got talent. Cant wait to see you in College or Pro if you decide to go

  • This guy is good!

  • every high-school kicker i've seen from cali is nasty. nothing wrong with playing at a juco. i kicked for a juco for 2 years and had a blast. this guys got a really clean form and looks consistent. he'll get picked up by a D1

  • @PickedFirst4Kickball thanks for the nice words.

  • WHat is the device type thing he is using called?

  • @XDinosaursLikeMilkX Wizard EZ Hold Ball Holder and can be purchased @ WizardKicking website.

  • GO TO NEBRASKA!

  • better than Nick folk

  • Did he go anywhere?

  • @ngplayer23 at a JUCO right now and hoping to XFER to D1 this year...

  • @kickingworld Why no offers from D1 out of high school? What was the problem? Hes obviously good enough.

  • @66ott7 It's not so easy. Everything has to fall into place: Timing, Needs of Schools at the time of graduation, Exposure, Opportunities in Games, etc. What I mean by that is sometimes the best kids are overlooked because either their team is not good and never score points or they start playing their junior or senior year and no one knew about them or they had hardly any field goals in a game so little 'proof' over the long term of their ability. Hopefully Jesse will x-fer this year to D1!

  • @kickingworld i know what yer sayin to be honest. I kicked in high school but our special teams couldn't protect me. A lot of my kicks were blocked because of the line. I kicked varsity all 4 years. If we had solid special teams, i think i could have been good enough to go to a MAC school for example. I could do the job but on paper my stats sucked. Got injured senior year on a blocked kick and didn't return. So i know how hard it is. I wasn't as good as Jesse tho. Thats why i was asking.

  • @66ott7 Totally understand where you're coming from. We really hope to get Jesse x-fered over to have 2 years at a big time school next year! Did you end up playing college at all?

  • @kickingworld No i didn't. I enrolled at UConn as a student. I attended walk on work outs but they weren't interested. I tried to kick and punt. I didn't see the practice field.

  • Why are the posts soo wide ? lol

  • @Shaftsus It's at a High School, that's the normal width for any HS in the US.

  • @kickingworld oh :O

  • Any way I canget lessons close to west unity, ohio?

  • @billybob9175 check out our camp schedule page on the kickingworld website. We will be in Illinois and Ohio this year for a camp. Also we can be available for 1 on 1 training anywhere- check the 'travel rates' section on our website.

  • Any tips you can give for kick offs ive been struggling with the approach and getting more power on my kicks

  • @CSMKBandCovers check out some of our kickoff videos on YouTube and also our website. I would recommend private lessons, attending a camp or reading the Complete Guide to Kicking & Punting book.

  • come to canada and teach me lol seriously tho there are no kicking schools in like ottawa where i live

  • @Jptrappin32 The closest we will be to Canada for camps this year is probably either Northern California or Chicago, IL. I'm (Coach Brent) always able to fly to you for lessons- check out kickingworld (dot) com/lessons for more info on that...

  • That's pretty sweet!

  • omg soo many haters

  • @taylorat18 you're telling me! haha. Lots of jealous people out there that wish they could kick a 60 yard field goal. You don't even know how many comments we get on this video a day. I delete more than half of them because it's just player hating!

  • wow what a talent, texas tech i hope your watching

  • Dang this kid is good... I'm a sophomore kicker on my highschool football team and I hit 47's hope I can be on his level by senior year!

  • Does he use a block?

  • haters gonna hate

  • I reallllly want to learn how to kick field goals haha

  • @ChosenOne43

And then your leg shattered into 2 pieces and one piece of your leg flew all the way Australia and all the crocodiles fed off your leg I'm just saying that's a power full kick I'm pretty sure you farted to give it an extra boost! Hahah but nice commentary dude made my day:D

  • Soo fake.. World record of all time is 63

  • @SFxDANIELx Yeah, World record is 63, But with pads on and with pressure. This guy is kicking with no pads on and still a BEAST... I bet you if Nfl Kickers had no pads on, they can easily kick 70 yards.

  • @SFxDANIELx nope thats in a game people have hit 70

  • @SFxDANIELx These are without a person holding the ball, not to mention you don't have to clear the o-line.

  • What kind of cleats are you using, they look like predators, and i myself use preds and they work so well?

  • At newbury park high he makes routine 60 and hes a FRESMAN

  • I dont care what you guys say, great form, extention, follow through, if its on a tee its an advantage yea, but its still damn good

  • why are u fricken criticizing. this guys legit

  • 80 degree heat is that supposed to be alot?....here in dallas we practice in 110 degree heat....

  • @dimetriuspricop It was more like 95 degrees on the field turf. (field turf adds a lot more in the sun!) You gotta realize that living in So Cal we are spoiled- anything over 85 degrees is HOTTT here. I know how Texas is... Our last camp in Austin it was 99 degrees and the one in Denton (north of Dallas) a few years ago it was 118!

  • @kickingworld lol i live in seattle now so i know what you mean....by the way hella kicker....thats pretty darn good...better than akers did last year

  • @kickingworld what college does he play for now?(assuming he stuck with football)

  • @NJgoHard Fullerton College in Fullerton, CA. Which is a 'junior college' and we're hoping he can transfer after his 2 years are up this year to a big time school. He's got the skills for a big D1 school, that's for sure. He now kicks the same type of kicks like in this video but of course off the ground in college and added a lot more to his kickoff and punt distance.

  • @dimetriuspricop so wait... your bragging about living in texas? when we live in southern california. whatever dude have fun in your cotton fields. ill be surfing

  • @coffeycake96 texas is awesome bro shut up, i live in cali but still, texas is more badass jus not as fun n excitin

  • @dimetriuspricop Oh ya here in Red Bluff California it hits 115 on more than a few times a lot of the times during football season. Plus football pads and gear adds another 5 degrees so 120 and a turf field another 5 to 10 degrees 125 to 130. Texans don't even know heat, sometimes it's even 120 at times. lol

  • Four step kick. Won't work in college or NFL!

  • @fncypnts5005 Count Again.

  • @fncypnts5005 it absolutely will

  • @fncypnts5005 every kick was 2 plus plant and kick. same as every high schooler going to college.

  • @fncypnts5005 nice counting

  • @fncypnts5005 can you count?

  • @odp94aaa 1" Field Goal Block (as a junior in HS at time of this video- perfectly normal). Only college/pro requires off the ground. BTW, You're doing way too long of steps in your video. Try that in a game and you'll never get a kick off in time. Keep practicing and good luck.

  • I did this with a soccer ball when I was still in the lower grade... (primary school)

  • @kickingworld actually the endzone is 17 so thats even better or atleast i thought it was

  • @weaponfreak1 Endzone in American Football is 10 yards, so the best kick on this video is a 60 yarder as noted.

  • dang dude i hope to be as good as you 1 day.............im 14 and i can only hit a 35 yard field goal

  • This kid using a 1 inch block or 2?

  • get rid of the block and then kick that far.

  • this is real, but amazing no.. any decent high school kicker can take 4 steps back and and approach the ball like a kickoff. when your in a game situation especially in college if you dont have the snap hold and kick under 1.3 chances are likely that that the kick will be blocked.

  • Look, just to clarify:

Field Goal: a kick through the goalposts from a holder.

Kick-off: a kick from a stand, not usually through goalposts.

Conclusion: This is cool, and nice distance, but most decent kickers can easily kick that far off a stand. If you can do it with a holder, then you'll be breaking some records.

  • HE DIDNT MAKE THE LAST KICK FROM 60 YARDS...HAHA WHAT A LIE

  • @louie2111 wrong, it goes through the uprights.

  • @louie2111 caps much?

  • deff did not make the last one, lol. maybe I'll have to load up a real 60 yarder

  • @louie2111 wrong, he made it.

  • @louie2111 somebodys jealous?

  • @louie2111 yea he did. it was easily good.

  • I think you should make a trip to Atlanta to help me, but thats just a suggestion haha

  • @213Yeahdude We may be close to ATL in 2012 as we plan on hitting the 'dirty south' next season for some camps. Keep checking the kickingworld website for upcoming camp dates!

  • @kickingworld im a sophmore in high school and the first day i tried kicking *which was last weekend* i was kicking 50 yard field goals, is that good? because my friends want me to be a kicker...even tho im a lineman lol but its because i played soccer most of my life

  • @sdmfsdmfn I'm 4 years old and first time i kicked a field goal it was the full length of the field and i cleared the bleachers and while to ball was airborne it caught on fire because of how fast it was going....also the sonic boom from it shattered all of the windows in a 10 mile radius, is that good?

    stfu

  • @ChosenOne43 hahahaha that's the funniest thing I've ever read on Youtube, no lie

  • not hating the guy is good but it was 50 yards not 60 pause at 1:26 and look at the number 5.

  • @Mluka1 Kicking the ball from the 50 yard line IS a 60 Yard Field Goal. You add 10 yards to the kick for the end zone.

  • @kickingworld Actually, wouldn't it be about 67 yards? The end zone is 10 yards, and then the kicker steps back another 7 yards.

  • @ThePhonzeh2 You add the distance from where the ball is kicked (not from where the kicker starts his approach). So if the ball is on the 50 yard line (which it is) you add 50 yards to get to goal line, then you add another 10 yards to account for the distance from the goal line to the back of the endzone, thus making it a 60 yard field goal.

  • @kickingworld Oh, sorry. I was thinking about kicking in the NFL and NCAA.

  • @kickingworld yeah then the goal post is about 10 ft high

  • @Mluka1 smh...

  • @Mluka1 it was 60 yards because u have to add the 10 yards for the length of the endzone

  • It's in practice, not with a person as holder etc. etc. - that's why you can't compare it to NFL games. It is, however, amazing nevertheless.

  • no vale verga ese guey!

  • i know a kid he is an 8th grade he can kick 50 yards field im not kiddin i will upload a video of him in two weeks

  • where is he going?

  • @jpeter1734 IDK where u look I just type in Jesse S and I already see his name and there are tons of other videos on him. Gosh ppl these days.

  • hey this can` t be fake. this kid is just a beast.

  • If he plays in senior he'll probably hav a chance in being recruited into college

  • For everyone says this isn't real, it isn't impossible to do this. Some people are just naturally good. Our kicker for my high school team has made around 55 yarders at practice.

  • this is real the thing is pros an kick 70 yarders like this this kid has amazing potential as long as he works at it

  • @brandonGWF no they cant

  • @brandonGWF

the longest kick ever made by a pro NFL player was 63 yards

  • this is so fake!! do a search on him all you can find are videos posted by some kicking school. it is not real

  • @jpeters1734 LOL people adding idiotic comments like this keep our views growing, thanks! This is as REAL as it gets and there are several videos of Jesse on YouTube.

  • @kickingworld no vale verga ese guey

  • @jpeters1734 dont hate bitch

  • @jpeters1734 its true NOT FAKE! because i went to two kicking world camps my first with jesse and he had a boot then and i expect this from him brent taught me a lot and it helped me my senior year now im at a junior college getting ready for my sophomore year.

  • @nopalero23 thanks Hector. Look forward to seeing you at the Spring Break kicking camp in Orange County this year! -Coach Brent

  • Remember its withput a holder but still impressive

  • @iCPFish it is a series of kicks all consecutively kicked from 43, 45, 50, 55, 60

  • but still really good kicker

  • Best in the NFL? psh beat billy cundiffs 36+ touchbacks in any weather? i dont think sooooo

  • @CrzyFreak90 He was a junior in high school at time of this video lol. I don't think anyone is saying anything about NFL seriously yet. But who knows? Maybe in a few years! If you like Billy Cundiff look at the videos of him on our YouTube page- he was a guest instructor at our camp last year.

  • Michigan needs this man

  • @thefreeagent4life that would be awesome. Hopefully if that happens Jesse will give me some tickets to Big Blue haha.

  • Yes im a scout from the Denver Broncos when you get this message Please reply got allot of things to talk about this kid

  • @broncosnasa81 hahaha

  • wow thats amazing.

  • That was 70 yards including the end zone

  • he's amazing!

  • I think he has an accually chance at the pros, Jesse Sandoval??? I will remember that.

  • i wish our kicker could do that

  • what college is he attending

  • @TheRedsoxrule34 Fullerton College (junior college in Orange County CA)

  • I agree with 2008dontcare.....A block does make a difference. Not much but it does,I can average 55yarders w/ a block.W/o a block I do notice about 7-8yrd difference but it may be just me???.On the other hand there is no doubt in my mind that he can nail a 60+ field goal off the ground now that he's in college.Hope to see him go somewhere, very talented!

  • its fake

  • @kebler0 Fake!? are you mad cause the Giants didnt sign you? cause those are as real as they can get. this kid is going places as a place kicker.

  • He'll do great in the NFL....Probably be one of the best and save his team alot of close games!

  • hey coach Brent, i talked to my coaches and they said they will make a tape after saturdays game(its our last game) so ill let you know when its done. Im telling you now your gonna be surprised by the onside kicks.

Thanks once again coach Brent for all your help, hope to get in a lesson after season.

  • wow hes better than pro jeff reed. well jeff did get kicked off the team for redskins shaun shuisham

  • check this kid out

  • you cant use a block!??!?!?!

  • I knew he was a soccer player.

  • He's kicking from a block. Take that away he won't make the 50 or 60. Still good leg though.

  • @2008dontcare Wrong. It's a 1" block which is nothing, As mentioned in prior posts he already kicks off the ground in college (1 year after this video) and can hit 60 and even 65 now... off the ground. Seriously watch out for Jesse, he might go primetime.

  • @kickingworld can u hav any videos of jesse kicking now because i really want to see him kick now (:

  • @DjWade3734 We're actually working on an update video of Jesse with his kicks in his freshman year of college this season. Watch for the video! Also- be sure you subscribe to our FREE Vip E-mail List on our website Kicking World dot com so you are e-mailed free tips, instructional videos and camp dates

  • @kickingworld WOW! thanks im gonna be sure to check those vids out (:

  • @2008dontcare most kickers kick with a block...

  • the guy who disliked this is the rival kicker from a rival high school.

  • holy shit! a high school kicker! In my high school, are kicker would miss from about 25 half the time lol.

  • god that is ridiculous

  • wheres he at now?!? i remember talkin to him and he had big colleges lookin at him.....im from cypress haha

  • @whiteytighty34 He is the kicker for Fullerton College (JC) right now but we hope he will get an opportunity for D1. There is no reason he shouldn't.

  • Does he use soccer cleats to kick field goals?or what kind of cleats?

  • What shoes does he wear?

  • @20Table soccer cleats

  • @20Table check our blog post "What Are The Best Kicking Shoes" at kickingworld/blog
