i reccomend any Wacom Tablet :D Bamboo tablets are really good ^_^ and u get photoshop (at least, i got it) for free and corel painter essentials 4 and some other program that i cant remember the name of for free xD

Wacom is apparently the industry leader in Tablets. If you think the Bamboo won't be enough for you get one of their more expensive options. The Bamboo is meant for more than just scrapbooking.

if you want more precise control get the something in the cinitq range, they have a 12 and 21 inch tablet with a lcd screen. the intous have a much bigger active area than the bamboo range, and the graphire is completly wireless
