I loved this movie. The palimpsest quality of those ancient Sumerian letters underlying a more modern abstract approach--

His two quotes:

Even Nature was sad there

and

I hope everyone's life is colorful and bright.

You get this sense of Iraq as just being this suicide-riddled clusterfuck of a country screwed up horribly by so many factors, not the least of which is us. But your movie shows how much artists everywhere have in common.
