i remeber this. seated on the floor having to stand up and clap and then sit down. and then stand up, clap, sit down. OVER and over again... and dude, iwearemerica... i was a second degree tester too. that conditioning thing went on FORREVVVVEERRRR. we finished at 12:30 at night or something.
but kim do had a really cool form. I loved his music and the way he went along with it.
Wow! To think one of these days I'll be up there doing my form.! Going for my first degree in april
