good except for a few fails but keep on going just make shure you stretch before you guys do parkour and maby if you guys want to get good and in shape at the same time... do gymnastics for like 3 years until you've learned all your flips then quit and apply what you've learned to the urban grounds. But i see you guys are using the right gear so good job. Like i said Keep it going dudes!
Hamlet that is a DDR song lol. I thought you videos were funny but I didn't really get it, then Kyle showed me what real Parkour was so now its really funny
Personally I see parkour as a way to STAY in shape. It is a good way to increase strength and endurance, but it is not significant. I would suggest conditioning for strength and endurance to parkour training as a 4:1 Ratio.
On another note I can see great improvements in the technique and skill from the first of these videos. Keep it up.

well done if you guys took the time to get into shape I bet you would be alot better off, less falls and whatnot.
