my mead from last year was amazing, I started another 20 gallons about 2 weeks ago, I got 5 gallons with some home made maple syrup, which should be good. awesome video.
A friend and I just brewed up a 5gallon batch of Mead. Using honey from blackberry bushes. Before sealing it up we also dropped in a few cinnamon sticks, a dozen or so cloves, and a diced vanilla bean. Now...we wait!

BTW nice job I'm kinda interested in mead at the moment, but I'm not sure I'll try doing one myself yet. Let me finish school first before starting to experiment with these stuff. :D

I made a batch of Rhubarb wine a year ago. I opened the first bottle a couple of weeks ago and I like the results. It's got a good tart flavor that is clean and crisp. It's probably a little more sour than normal people would appreciate, but i love it. It's a little pale even though I shredded a couple of beets into it for color.
@alexbald12 send me your email, I have a bank of recipies thats about 100 KB. I dont think theres any in there for Rhubarb, but there are PLENTY to keep you going for A WHILE! any thing I can help you with, just let me know. I just started a 1 gallon batch about a month ago of some Vanilla Bean Dream Mead, and ALLREADY it tastes AMAZING! Also, check out these sites.
