Simon humiliated her. But in a way, it is Cheryl's fault. I know that she wanted to be bigger,but she had to think that the US was a much more bigger country than the UK, and so, people would of had more different opinions.The truth is, the Americans didn't know who she was.(most of them anyway) And some wanted this massive star to be on the judging pannel. I don't take anyone's side on this story. Simon made a big mistake, but Cheryl should of stuck in the U.K until she would get more famous.

I'm a person who doesnt live in the UK but have watched plenty of videos of her judging in the UK. She's a lovely girl but I can see they could have done better than her when it came to the US show. Simon was wrong in not recognising that from the start - it was obvious to me. Had she been left to do the UK show from the start, everything would have been OK and she wouldnt have been put through the humiliation. I can see that getting rid of her was just a business judgement.
