  • Whipple or kenne bell for street ?alot more kb vids but all the vids with the big whipples are running times on the track.

  • jdm knows there Shit. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. they made 572 rwhp on my car with a pulley, cold air kit and a safe custom Street tune. Cant wait to bring it in for the whipple in the spring. Have a on going battle with a guy with a supra. First time we raced when my car was stock he killed me. 2nd time i got him by 2 cars. In spring we going for it again for $ Time for 9 sec mph

  • that car should make about 800 rwhp can you say stock with a bolt on blower

  • 15 psi and this was on the early design, not the newly designed 3.4 with the better inlet

  • i'm sorry, but you should be getting way more than 650rwhp with a whipple 3.4. What PSI were you running it at?

  • I can attest to Team JDM knowing their $#!% - and the Gen II Whipple superchargers making much more power.

  • @SeriesOfTubes101 I'm sure they know what they're doing, but 650rwhp is nothing for a 5.4L with a 3.4L blower on it. I used to work for Tasca and we got 800 out of a bolt-on GT500 with a 3.4 slapped on it.

  • wow look at the size of that intake

  • wow you made my pecker tingle

  • How large of a pulley are you running?

  • OH MY BONER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • GOD I LOVE THAT SOUND

  • Anyone on here know when or If you can purchase the new gt500kr hood? I want to put one on a regular gt500 but I'm having trouble finding one. I've seen a few copies but none of them were even close.

  • Cervini's website!

  • how many miles have they driven since the engine lowering??

  • He has about 2000 miles on the car since the install and loves it, ive driven a few myself and its really nice. The driveline is very smooth, no vibrations or anything noticeable different from stock.

  • how do you get the 3.4 to fit under the hood? lowering the engine just sounds like too much of a nightmare.....

  • Well the 3.4 will fit under the hood if you lower the motor just a little bit, we offer a a kit for that. We have done about 20 cars like this and have had ZERO issues with pinion angle or anything driveline related. I have also installed single piece driveshafts after doing that with no problems as well! This setup is kick ass and works awesome.

Since the new Gen 2 3.4 Whipple has come out we are averaging 675 RWHP on this same setup!!! On race fuel around 730!!!

  • take them off and you will get he desired sound taking off the cats good when you are running high psi The guy that tuned my lightning told me that you might lose a few pounds of torque and gain a few horse power you cant go wrong either way good luck

  • GT500 OWNERS-Anyone recommend or heared a new shelby without the cats? I have new long tubed headers, races cats, x-pipe, borla race mufflers. The car is loud but I want to make it louder by taking off the cats. Does anyone have this done or recommend it? Thanks

  • i have a '07 GT and i love my O/R setup, its way better than stock.

  • GT500 OWNERS-Question?I have an 07 shelby gt500 white/blue stripes with 650 horsepower-I have replaced the headers with long tubed headers, as well as putting on racing cats, an x-pipe, borla racing mufflers. The car is loud but I wanted to know if anyone has taken the cats off yet or would recommend it? To me this car can produce a way better sound that it is-I'm thinking this is due to the cats. Any answers would be appreciated.

  • thumbs up!

  • no need to do internals with the right fuel set up this car is good for 1000hp and you dont need to change the internals....the stock clutch is good i hear for also a 1000hp

  • your gonna need to build the engine internals, otherwise your gonna blow it

  • GT500's come with full Forged internals from the factory.

  • sick ass cobra man

  • if you read his commentary....

its 650RWHP, JDM Dyno Tune on 93 Pump gas and the 3.5" pulley

  • crank hp or whp?

  • This was with a tune we did on the dyno. We have tuned about 15 of these cars with the whipple 3.4 all around 640-670 depending on mods. The pulley was a 3.5" what comes on them from whipple for about 17 psi boost. We saw 16 on this car because he has full length headers. it was also done on 93 pump gas. On 100 octane we can support 700-725 then a custom fuel system with bigger pumps and lines is required. Call meif you want to anytime 732-780-0770 mon-sat 9-5

  • please comment me back, was that 650 hp without a tune, or pulley? and was it pump gas or racing fuel?
