Nope, that was the 2nd. Mr Bruce comes back to the airfield after shooting some bad guys at the house/church-builing, and realize that there was only blank ammo. That's why he "shoots" the commander to make them realize they have been set up. So unless you got some twisted arguments that this is the first movie, bring it on.
