Don't we care about those who gave their lives for our countries in the Second World War? And what about those who died about 400 years ago for the Netherlands, if they didn't the entire country would stop existing and become part of France. I will explain it plain simple: If people didn't die for my country 400 years ago, the country, MY country, would exist anymore nowadays.
