In the original Dekaranger, its called DekaSwan or somethinglike that. It was a swan ranger but it works better with the cat concept.

According the Power Rangers Wikia, Swan and Doggie may be "MORE THEN FRIENDS", too bad they then hastily deny it and get back to work. THAT SUCKS because it would have been HILARIOUS to see Doggie try and not get in trouble for cutting a date short because the rangers need him! THAT'S COMEDY GOLD!

I say that because in the Sentai version, Dekaranger, Kat is replaced with a character named Swan, with those ear things on the side of her helmet on all the time. She looked WAY better in it then going from Catgirl to ...That!

Oh and for the comment that said "why didn't she just say orange ranger?" because in a prior episode Boom lied to his parents and claimed to be the "orange" ranger so that color was used for comic relief, KAT had to be perceived as serious in contrast to Boom.

@willku9000 there was a limited edition toy of it in japan, it was known as the swan changer, but it's ultra tricky to find. Your best bet is to go on rangerboard, become a member and see if someone's selling it.
