  • If the angle has "opened" just a little, it would be 10 degrees, and if it is nearly a straight angle, then it would be 170 degrees. Or, you start reading the protractor from the zero, and imagine opening the angle, and going from zero to the bigger numbers.

  • how can you tell if its 10% or 170%?
