LOL the super mario show, super mario bros 3 show, and super mario world show ALL had nothing but mistakes.....there is no such thing as an episode without errors....the cartoon series is riddled with errors.....
Also, you'll notice at around 0:30 or so that Luigi has a red cap, just like Mario. The scene where they hit and slam together is a classic mistake, probably an error coloring the frames by people who didn't pay attention.
that second "mistake" cudve been on purpose since ive seen on some cartoons wen two people slam into eachother they often swap cloths, expressions or in this case, colors. but this show had a mistake in just about every episode so it cud be a little hard to tell i guess
sorry but while this video was a great compilation of animator mistakes on the old show, you used System of a Down in this so I'm gonna have to give it a 2/5 and thats because I liked this show. *spits on the ground*.

Thats not the mistake thats in he video. the mistake was that Luigi's cap was red instead of green.
