I don't think it is your settings because the blur trails far off the page and the contrast is bad, it really looks like you have a fingerprint goob on the cam, try wiping it off with some cotton.
Yea, I did that... I don't know what it is... it's a macpro so it should be really great quality and in HD.
The HQ on this video doesn't look much better if at all than the normal quality. the lighting is crappy plus some setting must be off. I don't like imovie08.
