There were armed bandits that robbed my family along the trail,guns were drawned at us.One of them poke fun with me,he cut my shirt with a bayonet.We were later release by the bandits and we proceed on to the Kao Idang refugee camp,the camp had barbed wires around it.We arrived around evening time near the refugee camp,we pick the time to dash into the camp together,the barbed wire shred my shirts and skin some more.
I've experienced similar scenarios on my way to the thais border,dead corpse along the trail.It's a hell of a hike,i even encountered forest fire.It was hell on earth.
They took only 15 days to chase Pol Pot government out to the Thai border because the undercover Vietminh and Vietcong (People like Keat Chhon,Hor Nam hong,Chea Sim ,Heng Samrin was spoiling and living and fighting inside Pol Pot government ).Pol Pot army run away Without fire a shot back to communist Viet army and now the Comy Viet claim that they lost 30 thousand troupes during the war and ask Hun Sen to pay gratitude and money back to them.That is horrible.
I ran out of tears long ago,now i just laughed off everything that happened in the past..;)))))))

I was there when the Thia shelled in Kok Kyoung. What happened was
Cambodian women were raped by Thia soldiers, a fews Cambodian
soldiers chased them into Thialand. After that the Thia kept bombing
included from the jets. at night we destroyed thier military camp and
destroyed some of thier big guns, hand grenades in thier big gun. The
killing were regular civilians. we'd suffered ennormousely from all sides.
