I really miss the videos and your metal detecting adventures! I'm so glad to have them..I look at them all the time...cause I miss you all. You should do more metal detecting and stuff and post it....I would love to see video of Swan Lake, the stores, Mikes Deli. I miss the mountains...lol..and you and Luis and the girls....every time I look at these I marvel at what fun you had with the kids. Very cool.

Another great video, Thanks for sharing it. Get some pepper spray, it works on any threats, human or animal. Trust me, I know! lol I've had to use it on dogs and a few winos. Not sure about snakes though so better get snake chaps or carry a long handle shovel. I always say the only good snake is a dead snake!

Gold tab may have came from a MUG root beer can from back in the day. Hiking boots and long pants will "help" with snakes. If you have a hunting supply store you might be able to pick up some bear bangers. Not really easy to find them in the states. Good luck hunting.

You could get some snake gaiters for your legs! That would reduce the risk a bit. Bears I`m not so sure! Maybe carry pepper spray?

I've had hunts like that too but there will be better ones.We don't have bears around my neck of the woods so I don't worry about them. I was attacked by a owl once metal detecting,Imagine that!
