I was driving through Burringbah and remember seeing cop cars pulling over rally cars because they had no plates on.

watch end of part 5 of my videos and u will see they actually escorted the rally cars around. they were also paid homage too in the main wrc show for assisting in this.

camera is panasonic hdc-sd9. its a 1080p camcorder. videos formatted into 720 tho. not too bad for the small size it is.
