I've found all the ops from this publisher seem to be good. I dunno if publishers/animators is what you'd call them, but these are the same people who made Toradora and Railgun, and I love their ops :D

@J03L14 Yeah, but if they don't like the op resumably they can ask for a new one. Plus they do more than just animate, they choose the voice actors and everything. The voice for Kuroko in Railgun does the voice of the narrator in Ookami, and lots of others have been recast in ookami because they're probably part of the studio.
