I don't believe that Eddard Stark is dead...no one saw him die. Sansa was too busy begging with Joffrey while crying...and Arya got pulled away by Yoren. And then later when Sansa said that Eddard Stark's head on a pole didn't llok like him at all.

@LuisinaBelen1984 no problem :). They actually have some covers for other bands and some original work also. I really like their Metallica covers though, it takes an incredible amount of skill to convert the songs to a 4 Cello piece.

It's an Apocalyptica cover of the Metallica song "Until it Sleeps". Apocalyptica does covers of Metallica songs but they play them on 4 Cellos instead of using electric guitars and stuff. They have a lot of great songs and the 4 cellos sound great IMO.

You should check out winter-is-coming(dot)net if you haven't yet. I frequent that site for it's rumor/blogging about everything related to the show. He does an awesome job.

He is described as being tall and beautiful, but never bulky or exceptionally strong. Maybe you're thinking of Sandor or Gregor Clegane.

Like others, I don't like Nikolaj's nose, but I can get around that. After watching a few episodes of his show, I think he will fit the part well.

No. Jaimie was thinking about which knights were stronger than him. And he thought "both cleganes, certainly" as if there wasn't even a contest. And he went on to think that he wasn't particularly strong, but YET he was the best.

One thing to keep in mind is that we are expecting 12 episodes a year, which is HBO's norm. The first book was 800'ish pages long, 700 for the larger print book. That puts each episode at around 55-66 pages per episode, that seems do-able to me.

Bernard Cornwell is awesome, especially the Saxon series! Yeah Sean Bean was great in the TV series. Have you had a chance to read "A Game of Thrones" by George RR Martin? He's friends with the likes of Robin Hobb and Joe Ambercrombie. The first couple of chapters can be tough but after a couple of chapters you'll be hooked, one of the best fantasy series of all time. Plus HBO is making the series if it gets picked up, the pilot is already filmed.
