Grande parte é igual ao Hap Ki Do, que é muito mais mais antigo que o Krav Mangá, a diferença é que Hap Ki Do é uma arte marcial coreana que além de ser eficaz e forte tanto no combate quanto nas técnicas de defesa pessoal, inclui o respeito ao próximo e a si mesmo , a cooperação, a disciplina, a genorosidade, saúde, equilíbrio, sabedoria.

Krav Maga is superior combat system for reality life or death situations.i recommend it if your in the military law enforcement or serious about putting your attacker down. Kung Fu if you have a lifetime to devote to a discipline and Karate or Judo if you want to compete in a sport.

People that don´t have calluses in their hands or are not properly trained can break them. No one teaching Krav Maga seems to tell this to people. It´s actually better to deliver blows using the palm of your hand. And attack first !!

This Krav Maga weapon self defense demonstration look like premature techniques.. not much different then green belt in Hapkido and Jujitsu..I'm not say I'm the best.. I like watching a good demo, in the pass most demonstration usually very good.

@TheKetota Krav takes what works. Knowing ten different knife disarms doesn't make hapkido better, it makes it a complicated mess.

@joelboosman, i'd recommend not giving out the name of the company that trains you, your short fuse and bad manners reflect badly on them.

Using the f-bomb a lot, can't handle a joke about a chair and other ill behaviour could damage their image and name. I seriously hope that you just train there and do not have any position in which you have to set an example (e.g. for kids). In an activity which relies heavely on self-control it's really unpropitious behaviour.

6:45 he makes one little mistake: never return the weapon to your opponent, even in training. You get used to this and might do it in real ;)

@ULTRAFIGHTER yes, it actually happened once for real. A soldier was used to return the knife to his opponent during training and in a real situation, he did the same. He had to kick ass a second time :)

That's why I always throw the knife on the ground so he/she can pick it up!
