Whom a person votes depends on his or her conscience. The Catholic Church shouldn't force Catholics to pick a certain candidate. That's immoral.
Obama isn't a socialist. He is, in fact, a very moderate Democrat. And Obama is against gay marriage, but then again, how would gay marriage harm Catholics? Allowing gay marriage in a state doesn't require the Catholic Church to perform it, and why can't we let others be happy?

Not all candidates are the perfect image of their beliefs and values. Even if they they don't believe in pro-abortion and such, they may believe in ending the war, helping the US's economy, and so forth. If they'll pick a person solely based on all their policies and not true character and current events, then that's irresponsible; just because you're anti-abortion, etc., will you ignore the fact that the person (McCain) may not be the best candidate to the run the country for EVERYONE?

Ok, first off There are tons of Latin Americans residing in the U.S., not just Puerto Rico, why do you think that spanish is becoming such an important language in American culture?
