  • That's the same thing. Even if his toe isn't come up off the board first and then down, he's still using it. But regardless, I hate labeling techniques. Do what feels natural and gives you the most control. People get so hung up on the mechanics of it that they make it harder than it needs to be.

  • @mpungercar he is not hitting the footboard with his toe he is just moving his toe,in the heel toe technique you actually hit the footboard with your toe
