Man I love this chef, her personality is pretty attention getting, and I have a lot of fun watching her. This recipe is pretty simple sounding, but my problem is that while I love them, I'm majorly allergic to oranges. I wonder if lemons might be a good substitute here for other people with the same allergy.

This is not about being perfect, but I think she should be held to the same on screen standard as the producers hold The next Star", did they not screen test her, it's like when Bobby Flay told Guy to de-bling because it was getting in the way of his work. Well she needs to learn not speak like she's talking to kids, it's annoying (pinchy-pinch or orangy-orange, pulsey-pulse).
