Gosh, sorry, babe, you don't look well and you look chubbier than before. I also heard you have massive B12 deficincies and you are now back on animal products. I just wanted to post to say, good for you, your health is the most important thing. Hope you feel better with some animal products back in your diet.
"Do I take one every day? No" = mistake that resulted in your serious B12 deficiency 1 year later. I have seen it many times in my 20 years in the vegan/vegetarian community. We're removed from nature, rely on modern agriculture, and drink treated water. Even domesticated animals in agriculture are fed supplements. I just want people to see this in case they view this later. B12 is the only vitamin that comes only from microorganisms in nature, and ends up in animals when we digest it.
@EarthAwakener Hope you're feeling better! Not judging at all because I know where you're coming from, just wanted to get this message out there. Also, watch out on the labels of supplements to make sure there's no liver in the ingredients. Others will be from bacterial fermentation.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for saying this, even if it's an older video as I'm transitioning to 100% raw, right now about 80% and you have been a MAJOR help.
I am on the fence about b12 especailly since I discovered today that most varities have CYANIDE in itt Cyanocobalamin (cyano), I feel in my heart so much about feeling you are enough. My intuition and feeling is to not take supplements but I love how someone who is "in the raw" encourages people to feel enough. Thanks for your hard work.
Hey just curious what do you think of Dr. Brian Clements teaching as well as some other Popular Raw Teachers saying that the 80 10 10 high fruit diet is WAY too high in sugar over the long run and is Not a Healthy diet ?
Alot of what they say is quite logical and makes sense to me. For Example i do not believe consuming 30 Bananas a day for anyone is Healthy and that has got to be WAY too much sugar and not an ideal way to eat
Wow, I really am seriously considering your juice feast. Am scared to commit. Will just be getting back from a week long vacation and I will need a catalyst like this to get back on track with my raw diet quest.
Oh you just got to jump in and join us!! Its going to be fabulous and we are all here to support one another and do it. I have to say its much much much easier than you can imagine.
this is a pretty weighty topic and not a one size fits all kind of thing in my opinion. i'm sure there are benefits to be had and things to stay away from. like so many other things.
i started taking a b complex, and a multi-vitamin, i also take vitamin c with meals. i've had no problems at all. many things can reduce the efficiency of your body to make use of the vitamins and minerals that are in the food you eat and those naturally occurring. i take supplements like putting a jacket on when it's snowing. no - all +. that's where i'm coming from but i recommend everyone research, do your hw and speak to your doc and go by how your body reacts; these things can be good 4u.
I'm on B12 shots for the second time in 5yrs (i was still eating dairy when i tested low) The symptoms got rather scary before it was diagnosed (severe fatigue, dizzyness, tingling and weakness in my limbs, etc) I will be taking B12 for the rest of my life because i don't seem to absorb it properly. Took me 6mths to get it properly diagnosed this time too. I wish it were otherwise, but i've learned to give myself the shots and its simply not worth potential nerve damage or other complications.
I've been taking a lot of acidophilus, a multivitamin, Omega 3-6-9, and a B complex. I've been taking these for a very long time.......They are all organic and vegan and have no fillers. I never realized that they could be harmful. I am almost afraid to stop taking them because of chronic candidas.....though I never eat sugar. Perhaps I should sign up for that feast!!!! I would love to talk with you more....I am going to the blog!

Does your body basically make use of whatever you feed it? What if you're vegetarian?

Are you high-fruit raw, and if so, do you hang at the community '30 bananas a day'? =)
Found your channel after going off on a search initiated there, which was about going off one's depression meds.

Yes I eat a lot of fruit, low fat. Not a member of 30 bananas, but once in a while i do visit!! How did you find my channel?
Thanks for watching!! :)
