BTW the A/V Cable technically not hard wired into the console at all. If you unscrew the screws on the bottom and take the top off you will see that the cord is not hard wired at all it is simply plugged into the RF modulator on the main board.
im 12 and i have over 50 atari 2600 games and only 7 for my nes so far but ill be getting some and ill be doing my own classic game review show soon :)
@alonzo9772 , not sure what I said to make you think that. Maybe I meant that some cartridges were strange looking, like the 3rd party ones. You couldn't play other games on Atari, but you could play Atari 2600 on Colecovision (I think; if not, it was Intellivision).

@napoleaniam No, there were no save features that I'm aware of. The last 2600 game, Secret Quest, did have a password feature.

@mtjcllabelle Nope, just 2600. I think Colecovision could play Atari 2600 games, though.
