If you are looking for the truth then I offer this. Lets take the best-case scenario. Aug 27 2003 Mars was closer to Earth than it has been in approx. 60000 years. This distance was approx 34.6 million miles. Taking the speed of light and doing a small amount of math you’ll get a one way trip of about 3.1 mins. From the video it seems they are communicate with no delay. There is a lot of other evidence for civilization on mars but this is probably misinfo, hoax, or a spoof.
