I LOVE THIS PHONE. Best smartphone I have ever had. This is not just a phone it has become my pc. At home I dock with keyborad mouse and hdmi out to monitor.. With netflix app I watch tv at work on breaks and at home. Lots of games to use paired with a ps3 controller on hdmi to hdtv along with onlive gaming. It is truly amazing.

the physical front buttons are nightmares! They're really uncomfortable to press, and took only less than a half year for the "metallic" finishing to be worn out. Other than that, perfecto!

as far as the gaming goes i have not had a problem playing any games, but befor i was aprahencive about it. but it can play most hq. games very smooth.

battary life is very good

the bad thing is the storage. it has 320 mb space and with an aditional sd can come up to 32 gb. but some apps, cant be moved to sd and will limit.

that is the only bad thing i found about this phone. it is very sexy and classy

@Giremsix the arc has a faster processor, its slimmer, more stylish, bigger screen, HDMI connector, better camera, (two camerasin fact), hd bravia screen, an all round sexy phone and much more...the play havin its games as its main selling point isnt really at the standard of hand held gaming it should be, with the graphics really not that good, ive seen better graphics on the iphone 4. That being said, dont buy the play just for its controls and games cos it doesnt really live up to its hype.

I don't understand why people say liter plastic phones are a good thing. I mean, to me if I'm going to be spending $500+ on a phone, I want that bugger to have some weight. Weight = quality. C'mon android market, how 'bout giving iphone a run for their money and start building better quality phones and start using metalics and aluminum for the construction of the phone instead of the cheap ass plastic and try to pawn it off as a positive because it weighs less. Plastic = cheap.
