  • I had a lot of fun with KenpoX. I know, it ain't that intense, especially if u came to p90x after doing Insanity (like me).

    But still u can make it intense by putting energy in ur Punches and Kicks. Pretend ur Goku fighting Cell. That really caused me to punch harder and have fun and get a real work out.

  • @kissntellen It's different for sure. What don't you like about it? I tried the Kenpo + and it's a hole different thing. Def more complex and faster paced than kenpo X.

  • @dude04345 im not sure about kenpo + but i've tried kenpo x and it pised me off that it was even in the program. i don't hate the program like most think, i actually thought p90x was a pretty good, but kenpo was just rediculious. i would advise anyone to just skip that workout and just go for a jog. going out on a jog is free p90x is 100$

  • @ironman2199 if your getting pushed by kenpo x then i hate to break it to ya, your not in very good shape also. kenpo x involves mostly your biceps triceps and shoulder, all very small muscle. if you go on a jog which involve the leg,a big muscle it would require a larger amount of caloires to be burn. hey if you like kenpo x go ahead and do it , but in the end your burning less caloires then a simple jog and gives you no defence purposes

  • @kissntellen kenpo x isn't crap dude. It is more of a recovery workout since it is your sixth day. That's why it isn't as hard as plyo or cardio x.
