to all idiots, it doesnt matter, if sc2 is going to be an easier game or not, skill will still factor in, and just because its called STARCRAFT 2 , it will sell like crazy in korea and probably everywhere else.

sc2 is a piece of shit, easier macro, easier micro, you can select multiple buildings AND your miners auto mines, on top of that you can select 1000000000000 units at a time, GOOD NOOB FUCKING GAME.

maybe not. sc is a better game than those at the highest level because of not being able to select multiple buildings at the same time and more than 12 units at a time? I thought it was better because of the superior units and fantastic race balance

@noobeater5 the funny thing is that blizzard expects it to replace sc in korea, even though when fans criticize it they say its a completely different game. if its a completely different game then why should korea convert from sc to sc2?

@aiiishiba Im pretty sure korea won't convert it, progamers careers are in the line. Those who do well in sc1 will not convert. SCII will become just like wc3 with its own group of progamers. They seem to make mechanics easier and that reduce the competitveness, no incentive to work hard to increase skill. In chess,football etc its easy to play but extremely hard to be expert, sc1 is unique in this sense.

i think they eventually will, SCI seems like it will be history. Seems as of now at least SCII is gonna be mega popular and the oldies will be left out if they don't switch.
