i guess we wash our spoons and forks with dishsoap and put them in our mouths...you're the first one i've seen clean it the aligners with it though...lol...ya i wouldnt like the q-tip either...
@shundt100 Yes, that's how I was told to clean them. I was also told to use a Q-tip, not a toothbrush, but I didn't find the Q-tip to be very effective.
how often did u clean them?
i really want them really bad so im gunna try to convince my mom lol

@HeyThereDelilah911 I usually cleaned them every morning when I woke up.
Now I just clean my retainer when I take it out in the morning so when I brush my teeth at night it's just ready to pop in after.
