Unbelievable: WHERE WAS THE LOOKOUT? Why the speed? Ever heard of the COLREGS: Rules’ 5; 6; & 7? Why do these VMR people think “17 years of doing this” equates to them having real experience… its possible and probable they can be doing it wrong for 17 years?
