  • @DemonDrills Hey i have a problem im only able to do a pull up where my nose is level with the ledge/pole, i need to gain explosive power, and im not able to do muscle ups obviously, waht could i do as exlposive exercises which can get me from a oull up to the shitting grip from pull up to - wall dip REALLY need Help, any excersises is greatly appreciated, but remember im not that storng, so i cant just "DO" everything :(

  • how do you do a one motion climb up? i always end up having to push up a little to the kip up

  • @hooblahew you have to use your legs to push your self up from the wall and not just your hands

  • @taslinkarmout youre right bro iv been practicing over the months and noticed the requirment of momentum from the whole body with aditional emphasis on pushing up with the hands and knees to get it. iv pretty much got it now but thanks anyways man :D peace and love from a fellow traceur

  • Both. you should be able to do 10-15 pull ups and dips before you start worrying much about technique.

  • Ugh, I'm so scrawny. I can barely do three pull ups. Of course, before I started parkour I couldn't even do one, so it's progress.

  • you swing your leg to get up the wall, doesnt that make it alot easier? and by that you dont put enough stress on the muscles.

  • Firstly, that is indeed the way climb ups are done. Your legs and arms work together as a "team" to get up the wall. the easier the more efficient. Of course when you are doing clap climbups its even harder and with moer repetitions you still are working out the muscles.

    and ontop of that, you're kinda questioning the expert, demon.
