the key is getting into a safe without destroying the contents... shape charges or b-line or torches and plasma torches kinda ruin whats inside except for gold silver jewelry. cash and electroics would not do so well.

In test 7 please do all of the above - Use dynamite to blow open the safe while inside a fire test chamber being dropped at a minimum of 3 stories from an F4 tornado onto the side of any utah mountain preferably rolling down into an out-of-control wildfire with engineers at the bottom ready to shoot at and pry into. thnx

Try using a portable plasma torch if you want to get in it. Lincoln makes a 110 volt model the size of a dufflebag that will cut through 1/4 steel and you could plug it into your victim's own power outlet and cut through the side wall.

You're right, you can get into any safe, even bank vaults, with enough time and the right tools. Many homeowners are putting a black powder sticker on the outside to discourage these types of attempts. Whether or not they do is up to the one trying to decide if they should.

@CainPire I'm pretty sure using a powerful cutting tool like that runs the risk of burning away any money inside, as well as melting anything of value inside into molten slag.

That's a good idea. We should do that or put a bag of black powder on the inside to similate what would happen to a theif who torches or cuts a safe.
