I did the hidden fatality of every character and still didn't unlock the 'Ultimate Humiliation' trophy. Aren't you allowed to use Kombat Kodes? Because I used the code sans power so that it took only 1 hit to kill the guy and perform a fatality afterwards. So I am guessing that you just have to play the whole match to get the trophy to unlock?
