This is actually old. This happened i believe last year possibly the year before here in Jersey. The driver was having a seizure and crashed. Im surprised this is back online... This was deleted for months after...

EZ pass, I pass, and Illinois' new tolling system Open Road Tolling really suck. It is non-stop construction and they say it will help reduce traffic. When I Pass was still up, during Rush Hour it would take me 2.5 hours to get from Chicago to my house, now it takes just a little over 2.5 I live 22 miles from the city. No matter what happens, people still have to merge back in, Open Road Tolling does nothing and everyone knows it!

Open Road Tolling and I-Pass were designed to help with traffic flow during "NON-RUSH" times. They have nothing to do with the amount of traffic that is on the tollways at any particular time of the day. It is MUCH faster now than before since you do not have to stop for anything. Maybe you should consider traveling at a different time of day or usig the Metra.
