I had the extreme pleasure of hearing her sing this live just a few days ago here in Vancouver:)

I went to see u at a time when things in life were hard for me and one of those things that were I was extremely overweight and down and weighted 26st at the time the 1 song that meant, con't

  • Im so in love with her voice. Thanks for putting this up!

  • I love her!! She's so down to earth and still has this majestic aura surrounding her! She's fabulous!

  • Hah! Good old Kate. I grew up not 20 miles from Penistone. I go there for the farm auctions on Saturdays when I can. Its like stepping back in time, its great! But its also sad to think that that part of our culture is dieing. Just remember we'll fight tooth and claw to make sure it survives.

  • She is great. I remember when she played at Mountain Stage in the US- I took my daughter then about 6 to hear her and we were treated to photos and an autograph. We then went to hear her in Columbus (OH) in I think 2002 and again it was wonderful. I wish she would come back to the States and play another set of concerts. Kate's fans in the colonies miss her.

  • Hey Very nice, KEep it up i can hear a good playback in my head :)

Listen to one of mine ?

  • I love her music and she makes me smile :)

I'm a southerner with northern ancestry.

  • Wonderful

  • I remember when it was in. Watching it got me into her.

  • what rubbish, when it was on that was meant to read

  • Haha that made me laugh!

I first heard her when I was a kid and my mum played her CD, I only liked one song though and would sing along to it over and over. Aah memories!

  • This is terrific. I love Kate Rusby, and it's really cool to get to see behind the scenes at Pure Records. :) I also loved the bit where her mother sang!

P.S. Plus her brother is really cute. ;)

  • Thanks so much for posting this! It has been years since Kate last toured in the States, and it is great to see and hear her again!

  • '... and I go out and sing the songs, nicely.'

    Bless!

  • I also missed this - not suprizing as I live in the USA! Nice to see behind the scenes in the recording studio and to meet the charming Rusby family!

  • Thanks for adding this - I missed it when it was shown on television.

It really does seem like time stops when she sings - amazing.
