I love this series. Even though a lot of rubbish, but still the outcome is full of praise for Singapore. They basically said Taiwan used to assist Singapore in many areas of nation-building, but since then Singapore has overtaken Taiwan in almost all aspects of world-class rankings. What is the objective of this show, is it to tell the entire world that Singapore owe Taiwan to its success, and that Taiwan is jealous?
no.1, The hosts treated LKY as a commoner/politician - that's not disrespecful. Only a slave need to hold treat LKY as if he's an emperor. Are you a slave? He is a public SERVANT = MAID!
No.2, these info are accurate and publicly verifiable eg. LKY said publicly b4 that SG will be last to recognise PRC.
No.3 SG did pick up a lot from early taiwan and LKY has gladfully publiclly acknolwedged that. Seems like you are trying to carry balls for your master when he does not need you to. lol
the objective of this show is 1) non-political: simply to increase knowledge of its viewers. But of course, for some ball-carriers, they view it as showing bad light of pap and has to carry balls. lol
2) that taiwan and singapore MUTUALLY benefited from each other: taiwan passed technology/economics know-how to sg, and sg pass political knowledge to taiwan because taiwan's leader could not travel to other countries.

This video indeed shows how both countries benefitted mutually. But then again, are these Taiwanese here to discuss our government's ability to distribute funds to its citizens, or are they here to brag about their past contributions to SG?
Don't take their word for it. Nothing in the world is non-political. You should be more critical about the agenda of the media and start taking others' assertions with a pinch of salt.
